Pregnancy Yoga

I have a passion to teach Mamas-To-Be a calm strength and inner balance to empower & relax throughout all stages of your beautiful pregnancy. This course covers the importance of Pelvic Floor, Connecting to baby, Breathing for relaxation & labour, along with techniques to help encourage a strong mental & physical well-being on your pregnancy journey.

Suitable from 12 weeks pregnancy. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket/pillow.
