My Private sessions are available for the following classes;

IAIM Baby Massage (Suitable from birth to crawling) – 5 Week Course

Rhodi Bloom Pregnancy Yoga & Birth Prep (from 12 weeks pregnancy) – Customisable Term Length

Rhodi Bloom Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga (from 6 weeks post partum) – Customisable Term Length

Release & Bloom Yin Yoga (Suitable for all) – As required

These sessions can be personalised to your needs. All family members are welcome to attend if they wish.

Each Private Booking is individual as there are many details to consider so please get in touch & we can make a plan that suits you best.

What is Home Sweet Home? A bespoke option for Private classes from the comfort of your home. This can be a set 5 week term from my range of classes (Pregnancy Yoga, Baby Massage or Mum & Baby Yoga) or you can choose what timeline suits you best or if you would like this to be a mixture of my classes. For example a gorgeous Post Natal option is Baby Massage Classes with extra Yoga option too!

Location: Your Own Home or Location of your choice.

Price: On Request. Depending on location / length of term / type of class etc.

Day / Time: Whenever suits you.

Class Length: Depending on class. Approx. 45min up to 2 hours.
