Mother & Baby Yoga
Post Natal Yoga is focused on honouring our post-baby body, focusing on self care, breathing techniques, relaxation & postures all including baby. I focus on how to strengthen our body, mind & soul following childbirth and how to help with many common conditions such as Diastasis Recti, weakened Pelvic Floor, Back pain, Prolapse etc. Mum & Baby Yoga includes baby in your practice and uses Baby massage, Postures with Baby & Breathing techniques to help with bonding, feeding & the mental & emotional challenges we encounter on this life changing journey of Motherhood.
Suitable from 6/8 weeks post-birth with Medical Clearance.
