Rhodi Bloom Yoga with Baby is a perfect follow on class from Rhodi Bloom Baby Massage or as a stand alone class if you wish! This class welcomes Mums or Dads to slow down, take some time out for yourself & baby while also strengthening your body & mind! Every class has a different theme, changing every week, making it perfect to continue term after term as a weekly treat time through your maternity leave. These classes suit babies up to crawling at speed. If your baby is close to crawling or already crawling feel free to get in touch with me & we can chat about how to make it work! 🙂

Here are some of the themes I have designed in my classes; Lower Back / Hips release, Balance, Neck & Shoulders Stretch, Posture Restore, Headache relief, Upper Back Strengthening, Pelvic Floor Health, Full Body Empowerment, plus many many more! We also enjoy a play time with baby & a relaxation time at the end of class too!

Each class is one hour long. Yoga mats & a variety of baby toys are provided at each class. I do advise everyone to bring a blanket for your baby to lie on that has a familiar smell so they feel comfortable in new surroundings. The room is warm, cosy with sensory lights & candles creating a relaxed atmosphere for you to completely relax as much as possible. Just bring yourself & baby for some gorgeous bonding & yoga time!

Also I get asked alot…What if my baby cries! My answer is…thats how babies communicate! In my experience, another crying baby is white noise to everyone else. We are only attuned to our babys cries so it is never an issue. Just a gorgeous norm & absolutely no problem whatsoever! We are all parents at these classes, we have all been there, we have each others backs! 😉

This class is located in The Tack Room, Red Stables, directly opposite Olives coffee shop. Red Stables has its own car park via Mount Prospect Avenue and parking is free. This class may be reimbursed by your Health Insurance Policy so worth checking out your Policy Benefits!
