Rhodi Bloom Pregnancy Yoga is a gentle form of yoga with no yoga experience necessary. Developed by Mary-Rose, Mum of Two, following her extensive Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training & her love of helping women remain strong & healthy, mentally & physically throughout their Pregnancy & all types of Births.

My Pregnancy Yoga term covers new Asana (Yoga Poses), Pranayama (Breathing techniques) & Relaxations, all relating to Pregnancy Empowerment. All yoga poses are suited for all stages of Pregnancy (Classes suitable from 12 weeks pregnancy).

Week 5 of Term is dedicated to Birth Preparation which includes Yoga Poses for labour, visualisations to progress labour & relaxation and coverage all aspects of each stage of labour!

Each week is created with a specific theme which includes subjects such as Birth Preparation, Hip & Pelvis Opening, Side opening, Shoulder & Neck release, Tension Release & Let Go, Strengthening Body & Mind, amongst many many more.
