Marino Mum & Baby Yoga – DROP IN MAY TERM


Rhodi Bloom Post Natal Yoga is focused on honouring our Post-Baby body. Focusing on empowerment, self care, breathing techniques, relaxation & postures all including baby. I focus on how to strengthen our body, mind & soul following childbirth and how to help with many common conditions such as Diastasis Recti, weakened Pelvic Floor, Back pain, Prolapse etc.

Mum & Baby Yoga includes baby in your practice and uses Baby massage, Postures with Baby & Breathing techniques to help with bonding, feeding & the mental & emotional challenges we encounter on this life changing journey of Motherhood.

Each class is one hour long. Yoga mats & a variety of baby toys are provided at each class. Just bring yourself & baby for some gorgeous feel good bonding time!

The dates for this class are; 27/2, 5/3, 12/3, 19/3 & 26/3.
I prefer everyone to be at least 6 weeks post birth before returning to exercise or have completed your 6 week check up with your medical caregiver and they have given you clearance to return to exercise. Please get in touch if any questions.
